  • VOLOQ goods comes with a 365 days (1 year) manufacturer warranty & free repair service
  • Manufacturer warranty is non-transferable and valid for 1 year from the original date of purchase. VOLOQ products are covered against workmanship defects, failure of cotton canvas & metal accessories, for 1 year from the date of purchase. Warranty extends to all VOLOQ products purchased at full price from this website or an authorized reseller. This warranty DOES NOT extend to man-made or faux or artificial leather material; peelings, scuffings, marked fabrics and general wear & tear from use. Please note every item is subject to an evaluation by our Returns Team.


A. Excessive wear and tear, animal damage, abuse, misuse or neglect, accidents or damage incurred as a result of repairs, modifications or alterations done by a third party, fluctuating fit, abuse of product, and disregard for the product care instructions is not covered by our warranty.


A. General wear is the natural breakdown of materials over a long period of normal usage. Just like demins which ages after years of wear, you may see maturity of the canvas & other material on the bag. Once you've put enough miles on it, that luggage may show some scuffs on the corners that see a lot of traffic. This isn't a failure of materials or workmanship; it is simply the natural course of any well-built product. If a VOLOQ item has served you well but is showing a lifetime of normal use, we hope you'll consider buying a replacement to last another lifetime.


In the event your VOLOQ item fails, often times we can repair or replace the piece. Regardless of the bag category, all repairs are made with the objective of preserving the integrity and rugged durability you’ve come to expect from us. We can guarantee the same standard of repairs for every VOLOQ product. That is how much we believe in our repairs and the production team who performs these repairs..


When decided to send us for repairs, please first contact us before returning any item, be sure to include your sales invoice and a photo showing the defect.

Once you have notified, follow these simple steps to send your product for repairs by mail

  • On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and write the problem area.
  • Pack your product securely and include the copy of invoice.

  • All items sent to us for repair must be shipped prepaid by traceable registered courier or mail service, which will be not be refunded. After receiving your item we will let you know if either we may repair or replace (depending on stock availability) the item.

* You will not be charged for the return shipment of the repaired/replaced item.

There may be multiple reasons where repair is not an option. For example, sewing over the same place twice on some materials can compromise the integrity and the hold of those materials and actually does more damage to the item. There are certain items with so much wear from use the fabric will not be able hold any kind of repair. In other cases, the costs of labour and materials associated with deconstructing and reconstructing might be more expensive than buying a new one.


Post expiration of warranty period, if there is some repairs to be done, it may incur a charge based on the cost of labour and materials. While we cannot determine the cost of any given repair via phone or email—all VOLOQ items must be evaluated by our Returns Team—we will always notify you and await approval prior to proceeding with any repair.
