  • VOLOQ ships & delivers its product across the world, with exception to some countries.
  • Shipping and delivery across India is FREE.
  • International shipping rates vary from approx. $15 to $30, per product, depending on the order size & country of delivery. The rates will be pre-mentioned during the checkout process. International shipments are sent through FedEx, DHL & other logistics supply partners including the government postal services.
  • Order placed before 06.00 PM (IST) on days from Monday to Saturday; will be shipped on the same day of order placed.
  • Order placed post 06.00 PM (IST) on Saturday, will be shipped on coming Monday.
  • Orders with special customization request such a monogram; may take anywhere between 3-5 working days for process & shipment.
  • DUTIES AND TAXES: All of orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Mumbai, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.


  • All VOLOQ products (except the made-to-order customized) are entitled for return & exchange.
  • Return or Exchange notification to our customer care should be within 48 hours of date of delivery & the product should be returned within 7 days of date of delivery.
  • Returns are only entailed for products purchased at only.
  • All items exchanged must be in their original unused condition and be accompanied by the original shipping invoice, bag tag, dust bag and other accessories.
  • All shipment costs, taxes and other duties paid during the initial purchase are non-refundable.
  • Please note we reserve the right to send back dirty or soiled items that may pose a health risk to our Returns Team or Production Staff. Besides being unhygienic, unclean items may damage our production machines and equipment.
  • We do not return or exchange gift cards or discounted products.
  • Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products.
  • We cannot offer product exchanges on orders shipped internationally. If you need to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order for your desired product.

Once you have notified, follow these simple steps to send your product for repairs by mail

1. On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.

2. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.

Please note that all items returned must be sent by a traceable registered mail or courier service and at the expense of the customer.


Q. I gave a wrong delivery address OR Can I change the shipping address of the order?

A. We request you to always double check your shipping address when filling in the order form. If after the order confirmation you realize that you filled in an incorrect shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of order confirmation or as soon as possible to correct it.

Please note that after receiving your shipping confirmation if we are not able to change your shipping address; in that case for re-sending the package, we’ll need to wait for the return of the original package. All costs incurred in redirecting the parcel will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Q. What happens if merchandise ordered is out of stock?

A. Our products that are out of stock will be replenished within 15 to 30 days of it going out of stock. Nonetheless we will notify you via mail about the date of replenishment & your delivery, post which you can decide whether to wait or get a refund.

Q. What if I am not available to be present when you deliver the product?

A. Delivery of orders would be done address specific not person specific. For security reasons, all VOLOQ online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. Courier companies usually call the customer to checks their availability. In case the delivery fails, the parcel is re-dispatched after taking appropriate instructions from the customer.

Q. Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?

A. At this time we only accept one (1) delivery address per order. You have to place separate orders for different shipping addresses.

Q. What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?

A. We process & dispatch your order within 12 hours of your online booking. Post that it depends upon the location & ranges from 1 to 4 business days for orders to be shipped within India.

Any customized orders will take 3-5 working to process & dispatch.

International orders are shipped within 24 hours of booking online. Depending on country & the logistics carrier, it takes anywhere between 4-7 business days to reach the destination.

Q. Does VOLOQ deliver on weekends?

A. We are open 6 days a week & orders are processed & dispatched throughout. Post the dispatch the product delivery depends entirely on the logistic company and the region of delivery. Orders made during public holidays & weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Q. I never got my parcel, what should I do?

A. With every order confirmation online, VOLOQ sends you many emails with information about the order no, logistics information and tracking no. In the rare situation where you didn’t receive your parcel, please always check via the order tracking system of the logistic company or on our website. Q. How will my item be shipped?

A. At this point of time we have quite reputed logistics service company such as FedEx, DHL, BlueDart & others who deliver our national & international orders.

Q. What are the shipping charges, are there any additional charges?

A. VOLOQ has FREE shipping for all orders within India. For orders to be delivered outside India, costs are calculated based on cumulative weight of entire order and are different for different countries. All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. VOLOQ is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping.

Q. What do I do if my order is received in a “damaged condition” or received “item is different” from the one ordered or the received “item has defects”?

A. In the unlikely event that any VOLOQ products you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected you are entitled to a 100% free replacement. If you notice that your parcel is damaged or tampered, you should refuse to accept it and return it to the courier personnel with all of the original packaging material. If you have opened the item & then found the defect or incorrect item, have the order number, style number & invoice number and mail us within 48 hours of the product being delivered. We will make every effort to solve it promptly. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. It's best to email us with a photo of the defect, as we require it to determine the best solution.


  • Items purchased through this website may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.
  • VOLOQ products are covered against workmanship, failure of material, production defects for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Warranty extends to all VOLOQ products purchased at full price from this website or an authorized reseller.
  • This warranty does not extend to man-made leather scuffing, marked fabrics and general wear & tear from use.
  • All warranty conditions also apply to sale products purchased through this web store.

Q. Is there anything we [VOLOQ] won't do or is not covered in our return policy?

A. VOLOQ strives its best to reach 100% consumer satisfaction. Along with it there are just barely few accommodations we unfortunately cannot make.

  • Exchange a newer version VOLOQ products of a particular style with the old one
  • Exchanges on well-used items
  • Replacement of items purchased through non-authorized retailers
  • Repair or replacement of items not made by VOLOQ
  • Repair of items without an actual defect

If the issue is not related to a failure of our product, the exchange or return will be determined on a case-by-case basis by our Returns Team.

Q. Are delivery charges refundable?

A. Shipping in India is absolutely FREE. For orders from outside India, original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. All taxes and duties paid during the initial purchase are non-refundable.

Q. Can I exchange or return an item gifted to me by someone else?

A. Items purchased on may be exchanged. We will exchange an item without an order number or receipt if all of the product tags and original packaging materials are included, and the item is not a discontinued style and the product does not show any wear. The last known retail price may be used as a credit toward an exchange.
